The Końskowola Commune project is now finished!

We are happy to announce that the project entitled “Investment land – creating investment land at the Końskowola interchange – design & build” has been successfully completed on schedule! ✅

The scope of work included:
➡️ constructing a commune road (A. KDG 14)
➡️ reconstructing the bus bay
➡️ building a fire engine access road
➡️ lighting and utility ducts
➡️ constructing a foul and storm drainage system
➡️ constructing a storm water retention tank
➡️ constructing a new water supply system with hydrants
➡️ constructing a state-of-the-art water pumping station

Total project cost: PLN 10,273,427.55 gross
Contract made on: 14 July 2022
✅ Works completed on: 29 November 2024

Thanks to the project, the land at the Końskowola interchange got brand-new infrastructure that opens up new opportunities for the commune’s economic development! ✨
